	A staff member can have 2 jobs (one club and one national teams). It is not possible to buy a staff member from another team so you will need them to be Free Agent to recruit them. 			If a person has "Coach" as a preferred job, it doesn't mean they could not be interested in an assistant coach position. You can double check their preferences on their profile or just try your luck!
