Introduction
Staff members play a crucial role in helping your team succeed. They can contribute by:
- Improving player progression.
- Discovering new talents.
- Helping to prevent and manage injuries.
Recruit Staff Members
To recruit new staff members, you have two options:
- Click on **Staff** and then select **Hire**.
- Alternatively, go to **Search** and then select **Persons**.
Once you're in the recruitment menu, you can apply filters for the specific type of job you want to recruit for.
Once you found the perfect match, just click on his/her profile and try to send a contract! (You can also right click the name and click Offer Contract).
A staff member can have 2 jobs (one club and one national teams). It is not possible to buy a staff member from another team so you will need them to be Free Agent to recruit them.
